Abstract

Indonesia's banking industry is undergoing a lot of development. This can be seen by the increasing number of foreign investors are interested to invest in shares or open a business banking in Indonesia. One quick way to open or float the business on the field perbakan is to merge among private banks by foreign investors. Many regulations that must be adhered to relevant merger in banking. In addition, because it involves a foreign investor must consider the existing provisions in the Act No. 25 of 2007 on Investment. Such provisions must be clear and enforceable by the parties hereto. In order for the aims and objectives that exist in these specifications can be achieved.
