Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi dan menganalisis pengaruh luas tanam, jumlah bibit, jumlah pupuk, jumlah pestisida, dan jumlah tenaga kerja terhadap produksi dan total faktor produksi pertanian kedelai di Jawa Timur selama tahun 1983-2013 dengan menggunakan model Cobb-Douglas. Penelitian ini menggunakan data runtut waktu dengan metode kuadrat terkecil atau Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas tanam, jumlah bibit, jumlah pupuk, jumlah pestisida, dan jumlah tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap produksi pertanian kedelai di Jawa Timur secara simultan. Secara parsial kelima variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen, sedangkan jumlah pupuk memiliki pengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap produksi pertanian kedelai di Jawa Timur. Sementara hasil perhitungan pertumbuhan Total Factor Productivity (TFP) sebesar -0,63 persen dengan kontribusi pertumbuhan TFP terhadap pertumbuhan produksi pertanian kedelai di Jawa Timur sebesar -0,29 persen. Hasil pertumbuhan TFP menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan input lebih cepat daripada pertumbuhan ouput.
