Abstract

Elderly health was included physical health, spiritual and social so that not only the state that was free of diseases, defects and weaknesses were seen. The WHO was established the WHOQOL-BREF instrument consists of four domains: physical, psikologik, social, and environmental. The purpose of this research, how the developing model of service on the elderly at the Posyandu Mojokerto based on indicators the quality of life. The kind of research it includes observational analytic approach, while based on the time of its research, this research including research cross sectional. For the development of model using a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. This research was the location of the elderly in Mojokerto City Posyandu. The population in this study the elderly enrolled in the elderly as much as posyandu 9744. Sample research as much as 95 elderly and taken from a random sampling of class 19. Samples random sampling techniques research using two levels. Test results obtained using spearmen value significance (0,229) (p) > alfa (α = 0,05), Then can say the quality of life insignificant with judgment on health services in posyandu. In terms of service the majority there was not been a simple lab (urinalysis and haemoglobin) and no mental examination. Conclusion that the development of research was relevant was to enhance the role of posyandu in terms of reference health services and services according to instructions in elderly kms.
