Abstract

In 2009 and 2010, Indonesia have been development in the market especially supermarket and minimarket. The development has been change because many open market and Indonesia government effortf for push the development business retail. But in Indonesia have been two big player in minimarket is Indomaret and Alfamart. Indomaret and Alfamart make the business world big in Indonesia. However Indomaret and Alfamart can make the consumer near with them. Indomaret and Alfamart make the clean because they are competition business in Indonesia, we can see the competition between Indomaret and Alfamart in the market place is so near. This is fact can we see in the Tenggilis Mejoyo, Surabaya. Especially Indomaret dan Alfamart come in the businees world can make the micro market and the traditional market death or extinction. In the fact not only Indomaret dan Alfamart in the player in the minimarket, example Circle K, Starmart, Yomart, and many more name an the local player in Indonesia. But in the society the winner is Indomaret and Alfamart, because two player is the big, strong, and have a many money for investment in the business world. Indomaret and Alfamart very aggressive and creative in work the market to village. Open war between Indomaret and Alfamart and competition business in Indonesia very tight. So who is the strong then they is the winner. For attitude the case between Indomaret and Alfamart, can be dilemma for Indonesia government for stop the unfair competition who can make the micro market and the traditional market death or extinction. However in other side competition can bring the positive things they are is direct or indirect investment so can make the result for income with tax in area or district and make the extend of job or occupation with the business competition between Indomaret and Alfamart.
