Abstract

Oil and gas is one important sector for the Indonesian people, so the state then decided to perform the control of management in this industry sector by issuing a policy to achieve people's welfare. PT. Pertamina (Persero) is a Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) to be appointed by the government Management Industry in LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Indonesia. In fact, seen that. Pertamina (Persero) virtually monopolize the industry market LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), both in the upstream and downstream. Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) suspect a breach in the process of distribution and pricing of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) which is done by PT. Pertamina (Persero).
