Abstract

Finance companies which accept surrender ownership rights as collateral in the form BPKB been encumbered as collateral for Fiduciary and has been registered at the Registration Fiduciary Office. Recipients on fiduciary or financial institution as the holder of intellectual property rights to submit a set of guarantees on fiduciary to obtain funds by submitting a loan from the bank. In this thesis, the author focuses on the engineering process, the financing institution to get funds from the banks through the credit request. By submitting a credit application on fiduciary collections as loan collateral. This means that the debtor entered into a fiduciary restrictions on fiduciary birthday, but by the creditor as the receiver using a set of guarantees on fiduciary as collateral on bank loans.
