Abstract

A political party is an important instrument for democracy . Party plays the role of a strategic link between the processes of government to citizens . Even political parties are actually determines democracy . As a pillar of democracy , the party is a very important institution for amplified degree of institutionalization . Not escape PKNU in factual verification participating in the election year 2014 will be of interest given a large enough base NU . Departing from the PKNU failure , try to see the internal institutionalization PKNU . Here is a selected PKNU PKNU East Java , East Java which has a mass base PKNU Nahdliyin strong enough . Relying on this, this study aims to determine the degree of political institutionalization PDIP . In this study , the authors use the Java PKNU DPD stands for the party in the region as research object . In assessing the degree of political institutionalization PKNU East Java , the author uses four parameters namely ( 1 ) the degree of systemic ( 2 ) the degree of identity value ( 3 ) the degree of autonomy ( 4 ) the degree of knowledge or public image . This study uses qualitative interview method against the political elite and the general public PKNU Java . This interview was conducted on elite deemed competent to answer the question in this research . As for measuring the degree of public knowledge on Java PKNU , researchers also conducted interviews with the people who are eligible , those who have had the right to vote in elections with diverse professional backgrounds . The results showed that the political institutionalization PKNU Java is still the degree of institutionalization that is This conclusion is drawn from the assessment of the results of research on each of the parameters used . This condition occurs due to the dominant portion taken Mustasyar Council and Shura Council in determining any political decision .
