Abstract

Since the reform era, a construction services business line that looks great demand from the growing number of companies construction services sector. An increasing number of companies apparently have not followed an increase in the qualifications and performance, which is reflected in the fact that the quality of products, timely implementation and effective use of human resources, capital and technology in the implementation of construction services has not been as expected. With the level of qualification and performance in general market share of high-tech construction work can�t be fully controlled by the national construction services business. To overcome the inability of construction services business in this country, then taken a step of cooperation between two or more construction services business in a construction project known as Kerjasama Operasi (KSO) is contained in an agreement between the agency 's construction business . The research in this paper aims to determine matters related to the implementation and understanding of the KSO in the field of national construction services business. Additionally, writer want to know how the legal relationship between the members co-operation (KSO) and how accountability between the KSO members in case of default.
