Abstract

On line business is that people are doing all efforts to bring benefits in the form of money by using the Internet to sell a product and services. In the transaction electronically (online business) as well as the sale and purchase transactions are done in the real world, made by the parties concerned, although the electronic trading side-it does not meet directly with each other, but connected through the internet . Dropshipping is a trading system where sellers sell products which are not owned and do not have persediaanya (stock item). Seller only with samples (samples) of the property supplier, usually in the form of photographs, which are then marketed to consumers, if the seller sold it to buy goods from suppliers to ask for help to send the goods to the supplier to the seller's name. This mechanism is suitable for those who are just starting the business but limited in terms of experience and lack of capital, because it does not need to use big capital and risks in the dropshipping system is relatively very small. This study is a qualitative research, the method used is the Delphi method, which is a research technique that asks the experts to give their opinions and views of individual views especially with its expertise related to the research focus. The purpose of this study was to determine the status and position in the transaction agreement in the dropshipping business on-line Islam and mechanisms dropshipping system in accordance with Islamic law. The results of this study according to the expert of experts is allowed, provided that the law does not violate the principles of Islam muamalah, gharar nature of the goods may be removed by the honesty of the business, not cheating and fraud. The contract that may be an option for doing this is a contract salam, contract wakalah and contract samsarah.
