Abstract
Upaya meningkatkan swadaya maayarakat dapat di lakukan melalui pendekatan kelembagaan dengan memperjelas dan mempertegas mekanisme kegiatan pembangunan desa, serta pemberian petunjuk penentuan prioritas prasarana desa tanpa nengurangi minat warga desa daLam menentukan prasarana desa yang diinginkan ; dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan, pemanfaatan , kemampuan warga desa akan berbagai prasarana desa melalui kemudahan berpartisipasi.
