Segmen internodus ibu tangkai bunga adalah eksplan terbaik untuk induksi kalus P amabilis (L) BI Zat pengatur tumbuh 2iP dan NAA dengan konsentrasi 2 mg/L dan 1 mgL adalah yang sesuai untuk induksi kalus embriogenik P amabilis (L) Bl Struktur dan pola perkembangan embrio somatik P amabilis (L) Bl menyerupai pola perkembangan embrio zigotiknya.
