Abstract

The industrialized world is experiencing rapid growth, encourage competition and influence companies to survive and try to improve the quality of corporate management. In line with these developments every company is required to innovate the products it sells in order to compete with other companies. The Company generally comprise functions that run activities, respectively, and related to one another. The function is expected to support each other in achieving the goals and objectives established companies, one such function is a function of income The approach will be used in this study is using a qualitative approach with case studies, where the approach of using only data in the form of written or spoken words, behavior, phenomena, events and knowledge of the object of study. Existing revenue system in a company plays a very important, because it deals with a variety of existing systems in company.It can be inferred by: Regional Water Company (PDAM) Surabaya Sembada Surya strive to meet the application requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System : 2008 Regional Water Company (PDAM) Surabaya Sembada Surya 'has set a series of processes that have been identified and the criteria set out in the Quality System Document (DSM) Regional Water Company (PDAM) Surabaya Sembada Surya. Quality Management System is established, documented, implemented, maintained and continually improved its effectiveness to contribute extensively to the company's benefit.
