Abstract
Seiring dengan banyaknya perubahan dalam tatanan global yang telah berlangsung beberapa lama terjadi perubahan pula dalam masalah-masalah diplomasi. Penelitian ini mengetengahkan tentang faktor-faktor apakah yang menyebabkan pergeseran fungsi diplomat pada era diplomasi modern.
