Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify Serum Amyloid Protein (SAP) of the male mice which was inoculated with Salmonella enteritidis. Sample is devide in two groups of tree mounths old male mice. The first group was inoculated with 106 cel/ml Salmonella enteritidis suspension. The second group was inoculated with 108 cel/ml Salmonella enteritidis suspension. Before inoculated were taken their blood as control. Serum were collected at 20 and 44 hours post inoculated. Serum Amyloid Protein was determine by Sodium Dodecyl Sulfat Poliacrilamid Gel Electroforesis (SDS-PAGE). The protein analysis result by SDS-PAGE showed that the protein weight was about 24.23 kDa until 26.71 kDa is guessed Serum Amyloid Protein (SAP).
