Abstract
Sebagai a</al dari pr-oses pembuatan perjanjian leasing, pihffi I calon nasabah mengajukan permohoanan kepada pihak perueahaan leasing yang dipilihnyaagar diperkenankan untuk menggunakan fasilitas jasa leasing. Permohonan tersebut dibuat secara tertulis dan dilampiri dengan usuian rencana leasing/lease proposal yang biassnya dituangkan dalam bentuk formul!r yang dised!akan oleh pihak perusahaan leasing,(biasa disebut Formulir permohonan Leasing/Lease Application Form).
