Abstract

background: crowded and multiple caries of anterior maxilla are the problems of functional and aesthetic appearance, it needs special treatment to rehabilitate. purpose: the aim of this article is to present a complete crown restoration and endodontic treatment to solve function and aesthetic problem with crowded and multiple caries teeth in maxilla teeth anterior teeth. case: a 48 year-old female patient with crowded anterior maxilla teeth an multiple caries at #11,#13,#21,23, a non vital tooth:#24, #22: crown fractured and it has been treated endodontically before..case management: beforeroot canal treatment, wax up model study were made to guide ideal aesthetic crown restoration, that root canal treatments was done at #11,#12,#13,23,#24, crown lengthening procedure at #22, custom post was required to #12,#21,#12 fiber post at #11,#13,#23, Porcelain fused to metal crown were done successfully in crowded and multiple caries teeth keywords: aesthetic rehabilitation, crowded an multiple cariesm endodontic treatment, cast an fiber post, porceline fused to metal crowns
