Abstract
lmunostimulan β-glucan diduga berperan dalam aktivasi sel-sel imunokompeten untuk meningkatkan respon terhadap benda asing yang masuk ke dalam tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh imunostimulan l3-glucan terhadap jumlah netrofil dan eosinofil ikan nila merah (Oreochromis sp.) dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan kadar imunostimulan β-glucan untuk meningkatkan jumlah netrofil dan eosinofil ikan nila merah.
