Abstract
The aim of this re-search is to find out the dfcct of natural probiotic and molasses to the fermented com shield. It's used to find Out its crude protein and cmdc fiber as the attempt of supplying high qualified roughage mit! for ruminants. The trial sample is Llsed the Completely Randomized Design (RAt) and it contair:s (If four treatments aJld five revlews. 11H~ tirst treatment. the wm shield treatment without probiotk (PO)) second; the com shield treatment with 2% probiotk and 2% molasses (Pl), third. the com shield treatment with 4% pro biotic and 2?'Q molasses (P2), fourth, the com shield :rca:mcnt with 6% probiotic anti :FY() molasses(P3). Then those four treatments arc rev:cwcd in five tirncs.Tnc :maJysis of proximate was done atter the corn shielLi Was fermented for seven days a:1ct it used variant analysis, which \VUt; continued with 5 ~/,) Duncan's i'vfulriple Range test The result showed that by giving. ::: -6 %1 probiotic was affected th:: crude tibcr and crude prolein.Th(: highest amount of crudc prote-in can be achieved in P3 treatment. which is not so different fWIn P2 treatment TIle lowest amOtmt of crude fiber can be achieved in P3 treatmcn~, which is not so different from P2 treatment Yet the usage of 4C/" probiot:c (P2) is the most efficien: dosage to
increasing the crude protein and dccl'easing ~hc crude fiher.
