Abstract
Pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan atau terlibat dalam Transaksi perdagangan Ekspor Impor melalui Letter of Credit (L/C) adalah sebuah prosedur yang berhubungan dengan Letter of Credit (L/C) harus terlebih dahulu dilandasi oleh langkah-langkah yang telah ditentukan pembeli (Importir) dan penjual (Eksportir) dalam perjanjian-perjanjian jual bell (sales contract) antar mereka. Dalam perjanjian ini mereka menentukan bahwa pembayaran dilakukan melalui pembukaan Letter of Credit (L/C).
