Abstract
Jurisprudence involves the study of general theoretical questions about the nature of law and legal systems, about the relationship of law to justice and morality and about the social nature law, Differently from science method used Induktif and Deduktif, Trully jurisprudence use Skolastic and Dialectica to give of the truth in science, how ever differently from another science with character sue generis, jurisprudence has two function about the truth that find coheren and pracmatic basictly concensus from juris (algreement Rechtsteeler), So this Skolastic and Dialectica method can be apply in Model Rechtvinding basic reflection from Recht Idee in judged's Decision which contain morality and justice to undrestand, deeply dan follow the social nature law because the both method wiil be find conceptual approach abaut a Norma not just positive law
