Abstract

Based on the discussion of the problems, the writer concludes that: I. The lnfonnation and Communication Service of East Java Province, as one of the government institutions, has to compete with the private institutions to attract the publics' attention and supports as well as to socialize the existence of its website. 2. In order to produce the well-translated English verSIon news, the appropriate steps would be very useful in handling the problems of limited time and translators available in the Infonnation and Communication Service of East Java Province.
