Abstract
Ada perbedaan yang nyata kadar lemak air susu hasil pemerahan pagi dan sore hari anatra daerah pemeliharaan sapi perah di kotamadya Surabaya dan Pcet Mojokerto, bila dibandingkan dengan standar minimal peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku tentang air susu, kadar lemak air susu dari kedua daerah tersebut secara rata-rata dapat memenuhi persayaratan.
