Abstract
hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa senyawa 1-benzoil,3-(4_nitrobenzoil) mempunya aktivitas potensiasi sedatif-hipnotik terhadap tiopental. namun bila dibandingkan dengan aktivitas senyawa induk 1,3-dibenzoilurea, senyawa hasil sintesis menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan aktivitas potensiasi terhadap tiopental yang bermakna untuk masing-masing dosis senyawa uji.
