Abstract

The overall aims of this research was determine the correlation of parity and poel (teeth eruption) to reproductive efficiency and fertility status of dairy cattle in the Work Area of KUD Tani Wilis, Sendang Sub-district, Tulungagung. This 271 of productive dairy cattle was sampling from 2709 populations of productive dairy cattle at KUD Tani Wilis. The data was obtained from primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken from interview and observation to estimation of parity, age from teeth eruption, feeding and disease, while secondary data such as calving, insemination and conception was obtained from reproduction records. Data were obtained, then processed using descriptive analysis to get the value of S/C, CR, CVR, DO, CI and IF. The Nonparametric Correlations Test was to find the correlations between parity and poel (eruption of teeth) with reproductive efficiency (DO, S/C, CI) and fertility index (IF) . Descriptive analysis of the results obtained S/C 1,76, CR 51,3%, CvR 96,3%, DO 102 days, CI 391 days and IF 63,23. This research shown parity and poel (eruption of teeth) has 94,5% and 97,3% correlation with several reproduction efficiency variables (S/C, DO and CI), parity and poel (teeth eruption) also has 99,2% and 94,1% correlation with fertility index (IF).
