Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine humoral responses immune of ducks which were immunized by Avian Influenza H5N1 clade 2.3.2 vaccine based on Hemaglutination Inhibition (HI) assay. This study used 30 ducks that separated into two groups, 20 ducks vaccination and 10 ducks without vaccination which from this 10 were used as control for field challenge. The vaccinated ducks were given the first vaccine when they were 3 weeks old and then the titer of antibody was observed at the 2nd week and the 4th week after the first vaccination. Then the second vaccination (booster) was done four weeks after the first vaccination. The antibody titer of booster was observed at the 2nd week and the 4th week post booster. The HI titer analyzed by General Linear Model Repeated Measure Variable. The result of this study show that vaccination with Avian Influenza H5N1 clade 2.3.2 vaccine could appeared humoral responses immune of ducks and reach minimum protection at 2 week post booster then the antibody titer continued to increased after 4 week.
