Abstract
SCTV, one of private television stations among others in Indonesia shows foreign film and uses subtitling or dubbing inta Indonesian. The subtitling is a process of transferring from spoken language (source language) into written language (target language). It is a realization of replacement of materials in one language by equivalent to another language.
