Abstract
VALIDATION METHOD OF DETERMINATION IRON IN MULTIVITAMIN-MULTIMINERAL TABLET WITH VISIBLE SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC USING 1,10-PHENANTROLINE FAIZAH AFSOLIN The aim of this research to determine validation parameter on determination of iron in multivitamin-multimineral tablet with visible spectrophotometric use 1,10-phenantroline. Calibration graph was linier on the range 0,25-2,5 ppm of Fe2+ with r value was 0,9999. The result of selectivity test of the method was selective. The result of accuracy test for iron with visible spectrophotometre method for 80%, 100% and 120% component were 97,29% 6,0013; 101,35% 1,5619; and 97,64% 3,2446%. Precision test for iron with visible spectrophotometre method determine with statistic test showed that the method has high degree of precision.
