Abstract

The writer found out that English was useful during his internship. English could be useful for communication tool in Khadijah. For example, when native speaker came to Khadijah, the writer used his English skill to communicate with her. After the internship, the writer got experience to be a real English teacher. His job was not simply teaching English to students but he had to manage the class and be responsible for the students. He also learnt lot of things during internship. He learnt how to handle the real class, how to prepare the lesson, and how to face problem that encountered when teaching in class. The writer also got improvement for himself. He got along with teachers, students and some staff there. He got new knowledge from teacher and students about anything that useful for the writer such as the knowledge about how to deliver the material from the teachers in Khadijah, the knowledge to fulfill the need for students during learning process from the students and also the knowledge about how to become the real teacher. This school has given good experience for the writer. He got a proper treatment from the teachers, staff and also the students. Another good experience that the writer felt during internship was from the facilities for teaching. It was because Khadijah has complete facilities although it may need a little more maintenance. It can be suggested as one of the internship place for his junior because of its international class program.
