Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) dari asam 10-hidroksi-2decenoat, royal jelly dan kloramfenikol terhadap Salmonella typhimurium dan Staphylococcus aureus.
