Abstract

The Infuence of donatur's satisfaction toward future intentions generally focusedmore to company which has a profit orientation, whetever it is manufacture or service company. This research tries to find whetever donator's satisfaction has influence toward future intentions through trust and commitment in non profit organization in religious field. It is interesting to do the research since most of Indonesian societies are not too fanatic Muslim citizen. The problems in this research are how the influence of donator's satisfaction toward the commitment, the influence of donator's satisfaction toward trust, the influence of trust toward commitment, and the influence of commitment toward future intentions, and also hoew the influence of trust toward future intentions. This research uses quantitative approach focusing on hypothesis test in amount of five. Hypothesis test is conducted with path analysis, while the sample used in this research is donator of nonprofit organization in religious field. Based upon these research findings, the first hypothesis is rejected, while the second, third, fourth, and fifth hypothesis are accepted. Thus it is concluded that donator's satisfaction does not have significant influence toward commitmnet, it is interesting to notice because satisfaction has influence significantly toward commitment, and commitment influence s significantly toward future intentions.
