Abstract
Opening bank sebagai bank pernbeli yang membuka L/C kepada beneficary, biasanya melakukan pembukaan L/C melalui bank perantaranya di luar negeri (negara beneficary) . Opening bank ini memiliki posisi yang lemah dan tidak menguntungkan dalam hal Applicant tidak melakukan pembayaran atas barang yang telah dipesan.
