Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik pengaruh enzim fosfatase (CIP) pada berbagai konsentrasi terhadap hasil reaksi defosforilasi plasmid YCp50 agar tidak terjadi self ligation sebelum pcnginsersian gen asing.
