Abstract
This research is to conduct to examine the cross reaction between Eurytrema pancreaticum antigens and antibodies on Fasciola gigantica using Western blot Technique. Adult Fasciola gigantica worms collected from liver of cattle and Eurytrema pancreaticum collected from pancreas of cattle. Homogenate created from adult Fasciola gigantica and Eurytrema pancreaticum that crushed using mortar and stamfer and added with Phospate Buffer Saline (PBS). Characterization of protein by SDS-PAGE technique with Comasie Brilliant Blue staining. Cross reaction of Eurytrema pancreaticum antigens and anti-Fasciola gigantica using Western blot Technique with western blue staining and IgG anti-mouse and obtained 16 protein bands are 151, 87, 76, 63, 57, 56, 52, 40, 39, 33, 29, 24, 19, 15, 13 and 10 kDa.
