Abstract

This research is conducted to investigate the effectiveness of IgY Anti-HA towards Avian Influenza virus clade 2.1. ininhibiting the development of Avian Influenza virus clade 2.3. in the chick embryonal egg. This research started from addition Avian Influenza virus to IgY anti-HA toward Avian Influenza virus in the microtube then inoculated inallantoic fluid of chick embryonal egg and examined using indirect-ELISA test. OD value mean is analyzed using Anova Factorial Test and continued using Duncan-distanced Test. The result of this study showed that the declining value of OD ELISA is in line with the given additional dosage of IgY anti-HA. Meanwhile, the analysis using examination of factorial Anova points out an obvious difference (p < 0.05) and in the Duncan-distanced examination provides an apparent obvious on the treatment by giving IgY anti-HA with 200μg/μl for the dosage so that it becomes the most effective dosage compared with others. The value of OD ELISA on all groups treated still denotes high scores compared to value of OD in the controlled group so that it can be said that all of the treated groups has positive values.
