Abstract
The purpose of this research was to know egg weight, duck day production, consumption and feed conversion ratio of Mojosari duck. Materials that used in this study were a cage, feed formula, Mojosari duck 28 weeks old, shrimp waste flour and papaya leaf flour. The research method used “Completely Random Design” with 4 treatments and 5 replications, so it consists of 20 ducks. If there is a difference of influence between treatments then proceed with the test distance of Duncan. Based on the results of research that has been done can be concluded the effect of shrimp and papaya waste can not increase the weight of egg, duck day production, consumption of feed and can not decrease feed conversion ratio.
