Abstract

Selama melaksanakan praktik kerja lapangan pada urusan Sekretariat dan Kearsipan PT Semen Indonesia Logistik selama 3 (tiga) bulan serta berdasarkan pembahasan Prosedur Layanan Arsip Inaktif pada Urusan Sekretariat dan Kearsipan yang telah dijelaskan pada bab sebelumnya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1. Penempatan arsip inaktif pada PT Semen Indonesia Logistik ditempatkan di pusat arsip (record center). 2. Prosedur layanan arsip inaktif dibuat dengan tujuan untuk menyediakan informasi yang digunakan sebagai pengingat dan membantu dalam pembuatan keputusan. 3. Dalam kegiatan prosedur layanan arsip inaktif meliputi tahapan permintaan, pencarian, pengambilan arsip, pencatatan, pengendalian, dan penyimpanan kembali.
