Abstract

The writer could learn from her internship that how to solve the problem for the task. The ways to solve that was the writer had to know the problem came, after that the writer had to ask the subject or person that more knew the solution. In the other case, the writer had to search the solution in the internet or the source in the division file. The writer had to be active to ask to the seniors. The writer also could learn what the activities that had to prepare for foreign cooperation. The writer suggests that the East Java Provincial Government can give the more chances for the other candidate to get job training in there especially in English Language major. The writer also hopes the East Java Provincial Government can give the more job of cooperation about English Language for the next apprentices, so it is no just about cooperation in Bahasa Indonesia. There are many important lessons that can be learned in East Java Provincial Government for the next apprentices especially for the junior in English Diploma. The next apprentices will know the foreign institutions and the important people. The next apprentices will know how the business in government that can prosper societies.
