Abstract

The phenomenon of street children became one of the problems in Madiun. Street children are at risk of mental health and safety problems, physical and psychological violence. Conditions on the streets with limited parental oversight, lack of shelter, and free and hard lives make street children more vulnerable to sexual harassment of cases. In addition there is also a potential problem of free sex behavior, which leads to various risks regarding of reproductive health. Design of the research was descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. Sampling were taken by total sampling, and who meet the inclusion there are 32 samples. Data taken street children age between 10-19 years. The instrument used questionnaire as primary data. Secondary of data sources from records, archives and interviews with respondents and officers. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square. Results of the study of 32 respondents, 8 respondents has good behavior (25%), 24 respondents has enough behavior (24%). Behavior regarding of reproductive health that respondents do include: kissing, touching the breast (female) and vital equipment, sexual intercourse with girlfriend or boyfriend and friend. Respondents said that of them had seen his friend abort his pregnancy by taking menstrual pills. The impact of behavior on reproductive health, there are 2 respondents who has unwanted pregnancy (KTD). 1 respondent who experiences KTD is giving birth now and the baby is legally adopted by legal aid from the social service. These data show that behavior of adolescent reproductive health in street children in Madiun mostly has considerable behavior. Researchers hope for further research can provide treatment or therapy to change the mindset of street children related to reproductive health behaviors, especially in the head of street children groups.
