Abstract

Background : K1 and K4 coverage is an indicator used to these indicators show the level of compliance of pregnant women in antenatal visit. At Puskemas Wonokusumo, there are number of K1 and K4 in 88.02% and 54.95% the difference between coverage of K1 and K4 is 33.07% illustrates that there are still many pregnant women are disobedient in the antenatal program. Factors influencing mothers deciding to use antenatal visits are influenced by some characteristics, the most factors are social factors such as age and parity. This research was aimed to describe difference of compliance in antenatal visit based on age and parity at Puskesmas Wonokusumo. Method: The method of this research is analytical with Cross Sectional questionnaires adapted from Quality of Prenatal care with simple random sampling technique. Result : Almost mother disobidient in antenatal care visit (66%). After tested statistic it was found difference of antenatal visit compliance on postpartum by the age, it was proved with value 0,01<α 0,05 which is aged more than 35 are disobedient in antenatal visit. There was a difference by Parity as evidenced by р-value 0.016 < α 0,05 which is grandemultipara more disobedient in antenatal visit. Regresion logistic test result is there is significant relationship, which grandemultipara with age more than 35 are disobedient. Conclusion : There is relationship of age and parity with compliance in antenatal care visit.
