Abstract
Active drug component will affect its physicochemichal properties of liposome, so it will affect the ratio of phospholipid and the absorption of liposome too. To prove this theory, the research conducted comparing the absorption of liposome from 70% ethanolic extract and 96% ethanolic extract of Curcuma xanthorrhiza rhizoma using in vivo testing in the intestines of male mice using a fluorescens microscope. The present research focuses on the effect of liposome vesicle composition on the absorption in the intestine.
