Abstract

1. Kultur intermediet Amphora sp. dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan peralatan dengan sterilisasi, penebaran bibit, pemupukan, pemanenan dan pasca panen. 2. Puncak populasi Amphora sp. berada di hari ke-lima dengan kepadatan populasi 1167,7x104 sel/cm2. 3. Pemberian Amphora sp. sebagai pakan alami larva abalon dapat dengan memindahkan media air maupun media plate pada Amphora sp. ke bak larva abalon.
