Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai identitas profesional, locus of commitment, dan intensitas moral terhadap intensi auditor yang bekerja pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di Surabaya melaporkan kecurangan (whistleblowing). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan model penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh auditor yang bekerja di KAP Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh auditor yang bekerja di 43 Kantor Akuntan Publik yang berada di Kota Surabaya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS versi 20.0. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis didapat bahwa faktor identitas professional dan locus of commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi whistleblowing. Namun variabel intensitas moral tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi whistleblowing.
