Abstract
Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, pemberian konsentrasi asam klorida berpengaruh terhadap ukuran partikel dan kadar mineral. Penggunaan konsentrasi asam klorida yang terbaik yaitu 1 N dengan hasil rendemen 0,82 %, kadar kalsium 62,89 %, ukuran partikel 454,4 nm dan distribusi ukuran partikel lebih seragam.
