Abstract

During the internship in Sekolah Dasar Bunga Bangsa Surabaya, the writer was very interested in doing the internship in Sekolah Dasar Bunga Bangsa Surabaya. The writer got a lot of knowledge as an English Teacher. Nevertheless, the writer learns about how to be an English teacher, how to make course outline, how to act properly in the workplace and how to communicate with other teachers and employees in Sekolah Dasar Bunga Bangsa Surabaya. During the internship the writer could apply all knowledge she got as an English Diploma students, and all of the knowledge that she got was really useful during the internship. The writer realizes that being an English teacher are really challenging. Being an English teacher not only to deliver the English knowledge to the students but also had to manage and organize the class properly. During the internship the writer learned how to be a proper teacher in the real situation. The writer also be able to improve her language skills by being an English teacher. The writer really enjoyed doing the internship at Sekolah Dasar Bunga Bangsa Surabaya. The school was very welcoming. The teacher and the staff were really helped the writer and regarded the writer as a part of the team. Those experiences would be unforgettable and very useful for the writer‟s future.
