Abstract

Introduction: Antenatal Care is an early effort to maintain and screen the risk of pregnancy so that intervention will be done if found problems in maternal pregnancy. The results of health services can be seen from the coverage of K1 is the description of the magnitude of pregnant women who have made the first visit to health facilities to obtain antenatal services in first trimester. This study aims to analyze the determinant factors that affect the visit of ANC K1 Murni. Method: This study used observational analytic research with cross sectional study approach. Respondents included all pregnant women who visited to check their pregnancy at Puskesmas Papar, Kunjang, Badas Kediri, which was 136 pregnant women taken by consecutive sampling. The variables studied were age, education, occupation, parity, family income, mother's house distance to health service, insurance ownership, transportation availability, pregnancy planning and pregnancy complaint. Result: Pregnant women who performed ANC K1 Murni were 110. Chi square test result obtained age factor (p: 0,767), education (p: 0,513), job (p: 0,003), parity (p: 0,114), income (p: (P: 0.000), pregnancy planning (p: 0,000), pregnancy complaint (p: 0,000) had an effect o ANC K1 Murni visitation. Analysis with logistic regression yielded R2: 55,5%. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is if the mothers have job, their distance to health service is close, planning the pregnancy and having pregnancy complaint they will visit ANC K1 Murni
