Abstract

Endodontic re-treatment commonly correlated with the failure in previous endodontic therapy. Important factors that could be related with this condition were the quality of the root canals fillings and the coronal restoration. if the obturation of the root canal under filled, the root canal system may not have been effectively cleaned and shapes or could have become reinfected. Endodontic retreatment was purposed to restore this conditions with its ability to eliminate the infection.
