Abstract
Toxocariasis is a desease that caused by Toxocara vitulorum infection. This desease can causes high economic loss. The use of vaccines as prevention of disease worms until now has not been done, Even though parasite control with a very good vaccine, one with a subunit vaccine derived from protein larvae and adult worms. The control group (P0), The first group (P1), mice were injected by pure protein 42 kDa. The second group (P2), mice were injected by pure protein 97 kDa. The third group (P3), mice were injected by Excretory-Secretory (ES) . The dose of immunization was 200 μg/tail and penstrep 400.000 IU , that was injected subcutaneusly. Two months after immunization sera collected for test the antibody by using Indirect -ELISA technique. The result pure protein in 42 kDa antisera 42 kDa a highly significant show higher results (p <0.01) compared with using antisera 97 kDa and ES . It found that the sera OD value by using pure protein 42 kDa antisera 42 kDa , 97 kDa and ES showed higher results than the control serum (p <0.01). Result pure protein 97 kDa antisera 97 kDa a highly significant show higher results (p <0.01) compared with using antisera 42 kDa and ES . It found that the sera OD v alue by using pu re protein 97 kDa antisera 42, 97 kDa and ES showed highe r results than the control sera (p <0.01). On the results of challenge test mice that have been immunized pure protein 42 kDa, 97 kDa and after it was challenged by L2 T. vitulorum there is little larvae when given HCl + pepsin while the results control are challenged L2 T. vitulorum issue a lot of larvae .
