Abstract
This study is aim to describe how tipology innovation of licensing service and implementation of licensing service One-stop integrated services (BPPT) Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Innovation of licensing service is a way to gain service in licensing which did community. This study used descriptive qualitative methodology. Meanwhile, the type of this research are descriptive. The technique used to purposive sampling because the researcher want information from people who know main focus about this. Location which choosen are One-Stop integrated service Kabupaten Sidoarjo and five companies as the applicant.This Study results shows that innovation of licensing service in One-stop integrated services (BPPT) Kabupaten Sidoarjo, It can be seen from typology, level, category and attributes of innovation which combaining with dimension public service are tangibels, reability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty. innovation which did to accelerate and ease process of licensing service so licensing pubhlising not take too much time.
