Abstract

Post-closing Dolly can not be separated from the pros and cons that arise in the community of ex-Dolly. To overcome this, the Surabaya City Government launched a program of community empowerment through the development of entrepreneurship. Surabaya City Government in cooperation with KB Bapemas Surabaya, Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Surabaya and the Department of Trade and Industry Surabaya according to their respective capabilities, from socialization to training. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of communities in the development of entrepreneurship in the community of ex Dolly conducted by Bapemas KB Surabaya, Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Surabaya and the Department of Trade and Industry, the city of Surabaya has been going according to their respective roles. However, constrained in the market access of SMEs products ex Dolly society.
