Abstract

Dari hasil penelitian pengaruh pemberian parasetamol per oral terhadap gambaran darah, dalam ini jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, PVC. jumlah lekosit dan hitung lekosit, dan jenis sel lekosit tikus putih dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: -Parasetamol ternyata tidak berpengaruh nyata(p>0,05)terhadap jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, PCV dan hitung jenis sel lekosit tetapi mempunyai pengaruh yang nyata (p<0,05)terhadap jumlah lekosit. -Pengaruh yang nyata terhadap jumlah lekosit, dalam hal ini terjadinya penurunan jumlah lekosit, masih dalam batas yang normal.
